I was a volunteer for YCS Digital Learning Circles.
I taught the elderlies how to use their smart phone and to help them better understand how mobile device work.
For example,
- WhatsApp, Message and call their family or friends, YouTube
- How to use camera to scan QR Codes, Trace together
- How to search for news using google chrome and etc.

I was a volunteer for YCS KidsFun Online.
I was given the role as a teacher along with my other volunteer friends to educate primary 3 Students about the environment, how to save electricity and water and did activities with them thorough Zoom Meetings.

My role in this part time job was
​- Checked Passengers passport if they have all the necessary documents before boarding the Cruise.
- Responded to Passengers' questions and problems in a timely professional manner.
- Ensured that help is provided for the passengers at the self-check in machines.
- Prepared and ensured that VIP passengers are provided with Food and Beverage while waiting for their boarding turn.
- Verified that all Passengers have their boarding Visa so that they have authorization granted allowing Passengers to enter/remain or leave the Country.

During this internship program, my team and I helped to
- Automate part of their programs for scheduling volunteers to escort the vulnerable seniors for their medical appointment
- Wrote/improve the program of their current operations which made it easier for the staff to use
